Every time points are earned or redeemed, a transaction is recorded. The Transactions page gives you a complete audit trail of all loyalty activity across your programs.
Points Earned
Recorded when a staff member scans a customer's card and awards points for a purchase.
Points Redeemed
Recorded when a customer redeems their points for a reward, either via the scanner app or the dashboard.
Manual Adjustment
Recorded when you manually add or remove points from a customer's balance through the dashboard.
Expiration
Recorded when points expire based on your program's expiration policy, if one is configured.
Navigate to the Transactions page in the dashboard to see a chronological list of all transactions. Each entry shows the customer name, transaction type, point amount, timestamp, and which staff member processed it.
Use the filters at the top of the page to narrow down transactions by date range, type (earn, redeem, adjustment), or customer. This is useful for auditing activity or investigating a specific customer's history.
Per-customer view
You can also view transactions for a single customer from their profile page. This shows only their activity, making it easy to review their loyalty history.
