Customers

The Customers section of the dashboard is where you view and manage everyone enrolled in your loyalty programs. Each customer has a profile with their contact details, point balance, tier status, and full transaction history.

Customer Profile

Click on any customer in the list to open their profile. From here you can see everything about their loyalty activity.

Details

Name, email, enrollment date, and current VIP tier. You can also see which wallet platform they use.

Transaction History

A chronological list of every point earn and redemption, including timestamps and amounts.

Manual Adjustments

Add or remove points manually if needed — for example, to correct an error or give a bonus.

Finding a Customer

Open the Customers page

Navigate to Customers in the sidebar. You'll see a searchable list of all enrolled customers.

Search by name or email

Use the search bar at the top to filter by customer name or email address.

View their profile

Click on a customer to see their full profile including points balance, tier, and transaction history.

Real-time sync

Customer profiles update in real time. When a staff member scans a customer's card and awards points, the dashboard reflects the new balance immediately.
