When a customer has enough points for a reward, the scanner app shows a redeem option after scanning. The staff member confirms the redemption, and the points are deducted from the customer's balance.
Offline support
The scanner app requires an internet connection to process transactions. Make sure your store has reliable Wi-Fi or cellular coverage at the register.
After downloading the app, your staff sign in with the account you created for them in Team Management. They'll automatically see the loyalty programs for your business and can start scanning right away.
