Enrollment

Enrollment is how customers join your loyalty program and add your digital card to their phone. The process is designed to be fast and frictionless — customers scan a QR code and they're in.

How Customers Enroll

Customer scans a QR code

Place QR codes on printed flyers, table tents, receipts, or your website. Each QR code is linked to your loyalty program.

They enter their details

The customer lands on a signup page where they enter their name and email. This takes just a few seconds.

Card is added to their wallet

After signing up, the customer taps 'Add to Apple Wallet' or 'Add to Google Wallet' and the pass is installed on their phone.

The most effective enrollment channel is a printed flyer at the point of sale. Customers are most motivated to join when they're already making a purchase.

What Happens After Enrollment

Once enrolled, the customer appears in your Customers list in the dashboard. Their loyalty card is installed on their phone and ready to be scanned. Any points they earn or rewards they redeem will be tracked automatically.
